Common Rhythm Problems

The rhythm problems that are experienced most commonly are –

  1. Tachycardia – Heart rate of more than 100 beats per minute. This can be a normal response in the times of stress or other illness like fever.
  2. Bradycardia – Heart rate of less than 60 beats per minute. This can be a normal response during sleep.
  3. Atrial Fibrillation – Heart rhythm is not regular and is commonly fast (>100beats per minute).
  4. Ectopic beats – The heart rate fluctuates irregularly between low and high rates

If anyone experiences any of these problems, it would be advisable to get an ECG done and meet your doctor.
